目的：探讨头颈部鳞癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和人表皮生长因子受体-2（HER2）表达情况与临床病理参数的关系以及二者之间的相互关系。方法收集60例头颈部鳞癌患者血清和30名健康体检者血清，应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）定量检测血清 VEGF和 HER2表达水平变化。结果试验组血清中 VEGF的表达水平显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），而2组血清 HER2的差异不明显（P＞0.05）。血清 VEGF在鳞癌中的表达率随着分化程度的递减而增加，且淋巴结转移组血清 VEGF水平显著高于无淋巴结转移组（P＜0.05）。但血清VEGF表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤浸润深度等临床病理参数差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。HER2的表达在各病理参数间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。二者的表达无相关性（r＝0.147，P＞0.05）。结论 VEGF在头颈部鳞癌的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用，其与疾病的侵袭和转移有关，是重要的预后不良因子。而 HER2在头颈部鳞癌发生发展中作用尚不确定。%Objective To investigate the expression of serum VEGF and HER2 in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,and to analyze the correlation between the expression and clinical pathological parameters and the correlation of them.Methods ELISA was used to detect the serum level of VEGF and HER2 in 60 head and neck squamous cell carcinoma patients and 30 healthy control.Results The expression of serum VEGF in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).But there were no significance of HER2 protein ex-pression between the two groups (P>0.05).The serum level of VEGF in patients with head and neck squamous cell car-cinoma showed gradual increase with histological grades advancing,and the expression in the lymph node metastasis group is significantly higher than that of no lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).Furthermore,there was no correlation between VEGF and gender,age,the depth of invasion (P>0.05).No correlation was obtained between HER2 and gender,age, the depth of invasion or lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).No relationship was found between HER2 and VEGF either (r=0.147,P>0.05).Conclusion VEGF is closely related to the occurrence and development of head and neck squa-mous cell carcinoma,which is associated with the invasion and metastasis of the disease.It is the important prognosis fac-tor.The role of HER2 in the development of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma is still not determined.
