目的：研究存活蛋白（survivin）和基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达及生物学意义，为临床早期诊断提供依据。方法选择本院2013年1月至2014年6月卵巢上皮癌患者56例（观察组），Ⅰ＋Ⅱ级26例，Ⅲ＋Ⅳ级30例；高、中和低分化分别20例、19例和17例。选择良性卵巢上皮肿瘤组织42份（对照组），正常卵巢组织24份（正常组）。应用免疫组织化学法观察各组织中 survivin 和 MMP-9蛋白的表达水平。结果 survivin 蛋白主要在细胞核中表达，MMP-2蛋白主要在细胞质和（或）间质中表达；观察组卵巢上皮癌组织 survivin 和 MMP-9蛋白吸光度（A）值分别为2.16±0.81和2.20±0.63，均高于对照组（1.42±0.76和1.46±0.34），也高于正常组0.60±0.38和0.73±0.29，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。且对照组 survivin 和MMP-9蛋白 A 值高于正常组（P＜0.05）。Ⅲ＋Ⅳ级卵巢上皮癌组织 survivin 和 MMP-9蛋白 A 值分别为2.52±0.65和2.61±0.82，均高于Ⅰ＋Ⅱ级（1.26±0.33和1.34±0.56）（P ＜0.05）。低分化卵巢上皮癌组织 sur-vivin 和 MMP-9蛋白 A 值分别为2.70±0.62和2.80±0.71，均高于中分化组（1.59±0.57和1.72±0.54），也高于高分化组（1.04±0.28和1.15±0.32），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。中分化组 survivin 和 MMP-9蛋白 A值高于高分化组（P＜0.05）。结论 survivin 和 MM P-9蛋白与卵巢上皮癌的发生、发展具有密切关系，随着分期的增加和分化程度的降低，survivin 和 MMP-9蛋白的表达逐渐增高。%Objective To study the expression and biological significance of survivin and Matrix metallopro -teinase-9 (MMP-9) in epithelial ovarian cancer ,to provide evidence for clinical early diagnosis .Methods Fifty-six patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were selected in the hospital from January 2013 to June in 2014 (observation group) ,26 cases of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ ,30 cases of grade Ⅲ + Ⅳ .The high ,and low differentiation were respective-ly 20 ,19 and 17 cases .Forty-two cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumor tissue were selected as the control group ,24 cases of normal ovarian tissues (the normal group) .The expression level of survivin and MMP-9 pro-tein was observed by immunohistochemistry .Results survivin protein was expressed mainly in the nucleus ,and MMP-2 protein was expressed mainly in cytoplasm and (or) interstitial .A value of survivin and MMP-9 protein in the observation group were 2.16 ± 0.81 and 2.20 ± 0.63 ,respectively ,which is higher than those (1.42 ± 0.76 and 1.46 ± 0.34) in the control group ,also higher than those of the normal group ( 0.60 ± 0.38 and 0.73 ± 0.29) .The difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05) .A value of survivin and MMP-9 protein in the con-trol group were higher than those of the normal group (P< 0.05) .A value of survivin and MMP-9 protein Ⅲ + Ⅳwas 2.52 ± 0.65 and 2.61 ± 0.82 ,respectively ,higher than those of Ⅰ + Ⅱ of 1.26 ± 0.33 and 1.34 ± 0.56 (P<0.05) .A value of survivin and MM P-9 protein in low differentiated epithelial ovarian cancer tissue were 2.70 ± 0.62 and 2.80 ± 0.71 ,respectively ,higher than those of moderately differentiation group (1.59 ± 0.57 and 1.72 ± 0.54) ,also than those in the high differentiation group (1.04 ± 0.28 and 1.15 ± 0.32) ,the difference was sta-tistically significant (P< 0.05) .A value of survivin and MMP-9 protein in moderately differentiation group was higher than that in the high group (P< 0.05) .Conclusion survivin and MMP-9 protein was close related with the occurrence ,development of the epithelial ovarian cancer .With the stage increasing and differentiation degree de-creasing ,the expression of survivin and MMP-9 protein gradually increased .
