基于任务的舰船装备测试性建模与分析研究

         

摘要

提出一种基于任务的产品测试性建模与分析方法,该方法通过建立产品基于任务的信息流图示模型,利用直接分析法或一阶相关性列矢量法求解产品故障的 D 矩阵模型,进而建立产品诊断树和进行测试性预计,并为确定诊断策略提供依据。同时,本文根据某水面舰船电力系统组成和任务特征,建立其典型任务模型并进行精简和细化,在此基础上进行基于任务的测试性建模、诊断树建立及测试性预计举例研究,为舰船装备的测试性建模、分析和诊断策略研究提供新思路。%A task-based test modeling and analyzing method of warship equipment was proposed in this paper, so that the task-based information flow graphical models of the equipment could be built by this method, and then fault D-matrix model of the equipment would be solved through the direct analysis method or first order correlation column vector method. Based on those, the fault diagnostic tree and test forecast of the equipment could be done, furthermore a basis would be provided for deciding the diagnosis strategy. Meanwhile, according to the system composition and task characteristics of a certain surface warship electric power system, its typical task model was built and refined in this paper, and then an example research of task-based test modeling, fault diagnostic tree building, and product test forecast was done. And the result has provided a new idea about the research of test modeling, analyzing and diagnosis strategy of warship equipment.
