The paper presents a novel integrated motor/propulsor device adopted modularization design conception which makes up of IMP and control system.The IMP features an permanent-magnet motor embedded within the shroud of the propulsor.The hydraulic unit of control system performs the device's function of release,reclaiming and locking.The control system based on CAN fulfills the device's function of running,velocity regulating,monitor and control.The device specially applies to unmanned undersea vehicle,1 ightweight/heavyweight torpedo and submarine propulsion,etc.In this paper,the integrated device's principle,characteristic and control system are introduced in detail.%采用模块化设计概念研制的一种新型一体化推进装置,由一体化推进器(IMP)和控制系统组成.一体化推进器集成了永磁电机和推进器,电机定子与螺旋桨导管集成,电机转子与螺旋桨集成；通过控制系统中液压系统驱动装置收放、旋转、锁紧；基于CAN总线的控制系统完成装置的运行、调速和监控功能.该装置设计独特、新颖,具有优越的特性,可用于船舶的离、靠码头、应急等辅助推进,非常适用于无人潜行器、轻型/重型鱼雷和潜艇等水下平台的推进.简要介绍了装置的工作原理、特点,重点阐述了装置控制系统的研制.
