基于云物元分析理论的船舶能耗评估

         

摘要

Aiming at the characteristics of the integration evaluation of ship energy consumption,the weights of indexes in ship energy consumption synthetic evaluation is obtained by integrating the analytic hierarchy process method and the mean square difference method.Given a full consideration to the fuzziness and randomness of the boundary value of ship energy consumption classification levels,combined the characteristic of uncertain reasoning of the cloud model and the advantage of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the matter element analysis theory,a comprehensive ship energy consumption evaluation model is proposed based on cloud matter element analysis theory.By establishing the standard cloud matter element model of ship energy consumption comprehensive evaluation and calculating the association degree between the matter element to be evaluated and standard cloud matter element model,the coefficient of credible degree is defined,which allows the model not only obtains the level of ship energy consumption but also provides the credibility information of the evaluation result.The superiority and effectiveness of the model is demonstrated by results of actual numerical example.%针对船舶能耗综合评估的特点,将层次分析法和均方差法相结合得到船舶能耗评估中各项指标的权重值.充分考虑船舶能耗分类等级边界值的随机性和模糊性,结合云模型的不确定推理特性与物元分析理论具有定性定量分析的优点,提出了基于云物元分析理论的船舶能耗评估模型.通过建立船舶能耗评估的标准云物元模型,计算待评物元与标准云物元模型之间的关联度,在此基础上定义了置信度系数,使得所提方法具有同时给出船舶能耗综合评估结果和评估结果置信度信息的优点.实际算例分析验证了该模型的优越性和有效性.
