纤维铺层对复合材料桨变形规律的影响

         

摘要

采用面元法和有限元法相结合的流固耦合算法,针对4382桨利用有限元软件ABAQUS进行多种材料纤维铺层,迭代进行水动力性能分析,并总结了复合材料螺旋桨的变性规律.当纤维主要铺层方向与侧斜方向一致时,桨叶易发生扭转,复合材料螺旋桨的变形规律是侧斜增大,纵倾和螺距减小,以迎合进流角,进而提高螺旋桨的水动力性能.%In this paper,a coupled boundary element method (BEM)and finite element method (FEM) is used to form the fluid-structure coupled algorithm to work over propeller 4382.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to generate several material fiber ply sequences,the hydrodynamic performance is iteratively analyzed.Then the deformation law of composite propellers is summarized.It is demonstrated by the study that the propeller tends to twist when the main ply orientation accords with the skew,the deformation law of composite propellers is the increase of skew,the decrease of rake and pitch angle,to cater for the inlet flow angle,then improve propeller's hydrodynamic performance.
