According to the abnormalities of the screw pump vibration and noise,the flow resistance of screw pump inlet line was calculated; and then the possibility of cavitation has been analyzed by calculating the screw pump NPSH.Through the comprehensive analysis of the several factors leading to the abnormal condition, the cause of abnormal vibration and noise was found.Finally, this problem was successfully solved.%根据工业现场中出现的螺杆泵异常振动和噪声现象,在分析了系统结构和原理的基础上,对螺杆泵吸油管路的流阻特性进行了计算;并通过汽蚀余量分析了螺杆泵发生汽蚀的可能性.根据计算得到的各种数据,综合分析螺杆泵发生该异常工况的几种因素,确定了发生异常振动噪声的原因,并对每种可能造成螺杆泵系统异常振动和噪声的因素进行了排除和确认;通过现场施工消除了螺杆泵异常工况.
