基于红外热像仪数据采集方法和国内外仪器设备无损检测方法应用研究,以热像仪船舶应用为案例,提出了集热像图采集、处理、存贮和利用的热像图图文信息采集管理方案.该方案规范了热像图的采集、处理过程,使热像图真正起到在船用设备隐患预警中的指导作用.%In this paper, based on studies of temperature data gathering with infrared therniography and applications in non-loss equipments testing method, illustrating with some successful cases about its usages for ship electronic facilities, gives a useful method or plan of temperature data gathering, processing, management, as well as data storage with the infrared thermography. As this plan would standardize the process of data gathering and management, it could make best use of infrared thermography maps and gives some necessary indicates in advance in testing of shipfittings.
