针对船舶仓储管理涉及因素多,难以定量评估的特点,对影响船舶仓储管理的各因素指标进行了分析,明确了船舶仓储管理的主要内容,分析了仓储绩效评估的有关方法,构建了船舶仓储管理评估指标体系.论文采用模糊综合评估方法,建立了仓储管理绩效评估模型,通过实例对仓储管理模型进行了验证.结果分析表明,运用模糊综合评估法对船舶仓储管理进行绩效评估科学有效,为信息化条件下的船舶仓储管理评估工作提供了科学依据.%Ship warehouse management involves many factors. It is difficult to quantitatively assess its characteristics. The indicators of various factors that affect warehouse management are analyzed in this paper. The paper builds a warehouse management performance evaluation model with the method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. On the basis of case analysis the warehouse management performance evaluation model is validated. The results show that the performance evaluation of warehouse management is scientific and effective. This provides a scientific basis for warehouse management in an information age.
