输精管结扎术对附睾、睾丸及前列腺大小远期影响的超声观察

摘要

Objective To study the long-term effect of vasectomy on the sizes of the epididymis, testis and prostate.Methods A total of 104 male volunteers selected randomly in Peng'an country township, who were aged over 55 years and without urogenital diseases or symptoms, were included in the study: 73 cases had vasectomy for 14 ～41 years (vaseetomized group) and 31 had no vasectomy (control group). High frequency color Doppler ultrasonographic examination was performed to measure the sizes of the epididymides, testes and prostate. Results There were no significant differences in the sizes of these organs between the two groups (t-test: P＞0. 10). In the vaseetomized and control groups, epididymal distension occurred in 12 (16.0％)and 3 ( 10. 0％ ) cases,respectively, and testicular atrophy occurred in 11 ( 15.0％ ) and 5 ( 16.0％ ) cases, respectively. Conclusion Overall, vasectomy had no significant long-term effect on the sizes of the epididymis, testis and prostate.%目的 研究长期输精管结扎对附睾、睾丸、前列腺大小的影响.方法 随机选择蓬安县一个乡中年龄>55岁且无泌尿生殖系统病变或阴囊局部症状的男性自愿者104例,其中输精管结扎术后14～41年的73例(结扎组),未做输精管结扎的31例(对照组),应用高频彩色多普勒超声检查附睾、睾丸和前列腺的大小.结果 两组间对比这些器官的大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.10).结扎组和对照组分别有12例(16.0%)和3例(10.0%)有附睾肿胀,分别有11例(15.0%)和5例(16.0%)有睾丸萎缩.结论 输精管结扎对附睾、睾丸和前列腺的大小无显著的远期影响.
