研究了PS5360苯基硅橡胶在不同试验条件下的热空气老化性能.结果表明,PS5360苯基硅橡胶在200℃可以连续工作1 200h,在250℃可以连续工作360 h,在300℃可以连续工作48h;在经历不同温度下的长期热空气老化试验后,仍然具有较好的力学性能,是飞机高温影响区优秀的空气密封材料.%This paper studies the hot air aging properties of PS5360 methylphenylvinyl silicone rubber (PVMQ) under different test conditions. The results showed that PS5360 exhibite excellent thermal properties after 1200 hrs at 200℃, 360 hours at 250 ℃ , and 48 hrs at 300℃. PS5360 is an ideal air sealing material for high temperature influenced area in the plane.
