This article describes the execution process for transformation of floating method of 10 000 m3 gas holder,from spiral to up down,and cautions in key steps.To finish the transformation within 13 days,we have made a schedule and requirements for assembly of inside and outside guide wheels and guide rails,presented adjusting method in detail for weight balance.The experience may have some guidance for revamping of large sized gas holder in similar plant.%介绍了10 000 m3螺旋式气柜改造为直升式气柜的施工过程及关键步骤的注意事项,对施工工期把握,内外导轮、导架安装技术要求,配重调整等进行了详细的阐述。为其他厂家在短期内改造大型气柜提供了实践经验。
