文章从培育社会主义核心价值观、建构思政教育目标评价体系、培育道德生态等方面分析在高校思政教育中贯彻"立德树人"思想的重要性,进而从哲学视角出发对高校思政教育中的"立德树人"思想进行本体论、认识论、价值观和实践论四个维度的阐释.在此基础上提出在高校思政教育中贯彻"立德树人"思想的途径与方法.%This paper analyzed the importance of carrying out the idea of "enhancing morality and fostering talents" in ideological and political education in colleges from the aspects of fostering socialist core values, constructing the target evaluation system, and cultivating moral ecology.Then it elaborated the thinking of "enhancing morality and fostering talents" in ideological and political education from four philosophical dimensions——ontology, epistemology, values and practice, and on this basis it put forward some reasonable ways and means to carry out the idea of "moral education" in ideological and political education in college.
