Humanity is the characteristic of human being itself, which is the totality of various definitive properties, especially social relations, that only human has. The formation process of people's social relations accompanies with the command and control behaviors. The command and control permeated in human nature can be discussed from two aspects, one the relations of production, the other the intense pursuit of freedom in human nature. The ownership in the relations of production inherently specifies the necessity of the existence of the command and control, while the pursuit of freedom in human nature inevitably requires that people should have a great ability of self-command and self-control.
