It is generally acknowledged,regionalization will lead to security improvement. However,the reality is re-gionalization may be synchronize with securitization,that is,the paradox of regionalization and securitization. There are two pairs of concepts in the paradox of regionalization and securitization,that is,immature regionalization and mature regional-ization,regionalization image and regionalization reality. It isn't taken for granted that neighboring security will get better with facilitation and integration of neighboring region.Perhapers because of the paradox of regionalization and securitization, in certain period,identity crisis of neighboring actor,assembly of traditional and non-traditional security issues in neigh-boring region,time gap effect on neighboring order and center order,and state superposition between neighboring and cen-tral area might be lead to the comprehensive security impact on neighboring region. Therefore,the idea and strategy of cop-ing with neighboring security should be improved under the background of the existing of regionalization and securitization paradox.%传统上认为,随着区域化推进会带来区域安全改善.然而,区域化也可能与区域安全恶化相伴,这便是区域化与安全化悖论.不成熟区域化与成熟区域化,区域化意向与区域化现实,构成了区域化与安全化悖论的两对概念.由于区域化与安全化悖论的存在,周边安全并不一定会随着周边区域便利化与一体化而出现改善,在一定时期内,周边区域行为体的身份危机、周边区域传统安全与非传统安全问题的聚集、周边秩序与中心秩序的时差效应、周边与中心的"态叠加",可能会使周边安全随着周边区域化的推进面临新的复合型安全冲击.有鉴于此,需要我们对周边安全进行针对性的思考并不断提升应对周边安全的策略.
