历史上,东南亚华商作为最早参与当地政治生活的华人群体,曾长期活跃在中国与东南亚的经贸、人文交流等各个领域.20世纪70年代后,伴随着国际、国内环境的改善,东南亚华商顺势而为,凭借其政治、经济、社团资源的独特优势,积极介入东盟国家与中国的政治交往:建(复)交前,华商担当幕后使者;建(复)交后,他们助力官方交往,推动民间外交.华商的积极行为既是情感因素使然,但更多的是追求"利益"与扩展社会资本的理性选择.实践表明,东南亚华商是中国和东盟国家的重要资源,中国、东盟、华商3者良性互动关系的形成,主要是建立相互需求的基础之上,而利益是3者彼此合作的关键因素.%Historically,ethnic Chinese entrepreneurs,as the earliest Chinese group participating in the local political life of Southeast Asia,acted as a bridge role in economic and cultural exchange between China and Southeast Asia. Since the 1970s,with the improvement of international and domestic environment, due to their unique position and advantages, ethnic Chinese entrepreneurs have been playing a fairly active role in the political relations between China and ASEAN countries. Before establishing (or resuming) diplomatic relationship,ethnic Chinese entrepreneurs had acted as envoys be-hind the scenes;after establishing(or resuming) diplomatic relationship,they helped push forward the official contact and promote nongovernmental diplomacy. Ethnic Chinese entrepreneurs' positive behaviors are driven partly by the emotional factors,but more of a rational choice of the pursuit of "interests" and the expansion of social capital. Practice has shown that ethnic Chinese entrepreneurs of Southeast Asia are important resources for China and ASEAN countries. The formation of positive interaction between China,ASEAN,and ethnic Chinese entrepreneurs is based on mutual needs, while mutual benefit is the key factor in the cooperation among the three parties.
