对地面非可直视GEO卫星,以LEO卫星为参考基准提出了一种运用LEO-GEO星间指控链路实现地面站对其实施测控的方法。分别采用3种不同轨道高度的LEO卫星对非可直视GEO覆盖特性进行仿真分析,并进行了详细链路预算。仿真与分析结果表明,利用同一轨道面2颗位置对称的LEO卫星,可实现对非可直视GEO卫星的全球测控覆盖;LEO-GEO星间采用S频段可实现2 kbps基础测量功能,星间采用Ka频段可在基础测量基础上,实现20 Mbps数传功能。%For invisible GEO satellites,a method of using LEO-GEO inter-satellite command and control link to achieve TT&C is presented in this paper. The coverage of LEO-GEO constellation was simulated using LEO of different orbit alti-tudes,and the detailed link budget was given. Simulation and analysis results show that the global covered link can be a-chieved for the invisible GEO satellite using two LEO reference satellites with symmetric position of the same orbit,When S band is used for ISL,the basis date measurement of 2 kbps can be achieved. The data transmission of 20 Mbps can be a-chieved.while Ka band is used.
