大功率、高热流密度微波功率放大器是环境监测有效载荷中的关键设备,对整星的热设计影响很大.功率放大器的热设计的目的是满足温度需要,从而确保功率放大器的安全可靠工作.文章在完成热设计的基础上,确定热控设计方案,对功率放大器进行了热试验.试验结果表明,热设计可以满足要求.%Microwave power amplifier with large power and high heat flux is a key equipment of satellite which has a great influence on satellite thermal design. The thermal design of power amplifier can well satisfy the temperature requirements of the equipment. Based on the thermal design, thermal balance tests are carried out. The test results show that thermal design is reasonable which can meet temperature distribution requirements.
