1553B总线终端消息覆盖的原因及解决方案

         

摘要

1553B bus is a kind of serial data bus,which is widely used in spacecraft.The reliability of 1553B bus is correlative with the reliability and function of the satellite.The proximate bus message overcast to the same terminal is a kind of typical problems which effects the reliability of 1553B bus onboard.This paper deeply analyzes the problem,also resolved the puzzle of obtaining the critical time gap value for the same terminal message overcast through 80C31/80C32 singlechip RT experiment.Base on it,three resolutions are designed in this paper,which increase message gap time,distinguish message kind through special word,distinguish message kind through read 61580 RAM stack.The application range and the complexity of software realization are also compared.As a result,the first resolution is very compliant and easy realized,the second resolution includes some bugs,the third resolution is adaptable but complicated.%1553B总线是一种串行数据总线,在航天器上得到了广泛应用,它的可靠性直接关系到整星(船)的可靠性和功能实现。同一终端相邻总线消息覆盖问题是影响星载1553B总线可靠性的典型问题。文章对该问题进行了分析,并通过80C31/80C32单片机作为宿主机的远程终端(RT)开展试验,解决了获得同一终端消息覆盖时间间隔临界值定量数据的难题。在此基础上,提出了增加消息间隔时间、通过特殊字确定消息类型、通过读61580RAM堆栈确定消息类型三种解决方案,并对三种方案的适用范围和软件实现复杂程度进行了比较。结果表明,方案一适应性较强且实现简单,方案二存在一定缺陷,方案三适应性强但实现较复杂。
