航天器环境模拟试验工艺循环水远程监控系统的设计与分析

         

摘要

Cyclone separators, with a simple structure but a complex working mechanism, are widely used in environment dust purification treatments.In order to improve the cyclone dust cleaning efficiency, a CFD-based simulation analysis is carried out for the working of the cyclone separator, and the internal gas-solid dual phase flow distribution parameter nephogram is obtained.The parameter distribution cloud images are analyzed.Through repeated simulation analyses of these parameters and their boundary conditions, the optimal design scheme of the cyclone separator is finally determined, which improves the efficiency of the dust purification with less energy consumption.Satisfactory results are obtained after the scheme is applied in practical products.%文章基于航天器环模试验工艺循环水远程监控系统的测控需求,从应用环境、开放性和可靠性等方面对常见的工业现场控制测控网络进行比较分析,选择基于工业以太网的PLC控制网络进行系统构建,并在此基础上设计了该远程监控系统的拓扑结构,以及主回路和用户端的监测、控制系统构架,在满足测控需求的同时提高循环水远程监控的自动化水平.
