近年来,干细胞治疗在相关疾病中已经进入临床试验阶段,但免疫排斥现象如影随从,是干细胞治疗技术的绊脚石.半乳糖凝集素1 (Gal-1)在鹿茸干细胞、大多数间充质干细胞及多数肿瘤中被发现高表达,而相应的这些细胞中均出现免疫抑制现象.Gal-1作为免疫调控因子,推测其很可能参与了干细胞的免疫调控.本文综述了Gal-1在几种于细胞中免疫调控中的作用,以期为干细胞治疗提供理论支持.%In recent years,stem cell therapy has entered a clinical trial phase in related diseases.But the phenomenon of immune rejection has been closely followed,which was a stumbling block for stem cell therapy.Gal-1 was found to be highly expressed in antler stem cells,most mesenchymal stem cells and tumors.These cells have appeared in the phenomenon of immunosuppression.Gal-1 as a well-known immunomodulatory factor,suggesting that it was likely to be involved in the immune regulation of stem cells.This paper reviews the immunomodulatory effects of Gal-1 in several stem cells and hopes to provide theoretical support for stem cell therapy.
