吸收促进剂对人参糖蛋白肠道吸收的影响

         

摘要

The aim of the present study is to study the intestinal absorption characteristics of PGG in the presence of absorption enhancers and to determine the best site of intestinal PGG absorption .The effects of five absorption enhancers including chitosan ,SDCh ,sodium caprate ,SDS and lecithin on intestinal absorption of PGG is performed by using the gut sac experiments rats in a vitro transepithelial system .The results demonstrated that absorption enhancers could improve the absorption efficiency of PGG in the duodenum ,jejunum ,colon and ileum .The order of enhanced absorption efficiency for duodenal permeation was chitosan>SDCh>sodium caprate>SDS> lecithin and that for colonic was chi-tosan>sodium caprate>SDCh>SDS> lecithin .Duodenum is found to be the best site of absorption .Chitosan is the best of absorption en-hancers of PGG in the current study .%研究人参糖蛋白和吸收促进剂合用时在肠道各段的吸收特点,寻找促进人参糖蛋白肠道吸收的最佳位置。采用体外透膜装置,比较单用人参糖蛋白和合用壳聚糖、去氧胆酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、卵磷脂、癸酸钠等促进剂时在大鼠各肠段的吸收效果。结果表明,促进剂对离体十二指肠、空肠、结肠、回肠段肠黏膜均有吸收促进作用,其中,促进各肠段吸收人参糖蛋白由强到弱的顺序分别为十二指肠:壳聚糖>去氧胆酸钠>癸酸钠>十二烷基硫酸钠>卵磷脂;结肠:壳聚糖>癸酸钠>去氧胆酸钠>十二烷基硫酸钠>卵磷脂。十二指肠是人参糖蛋白肠道吸收的最佳部位。壳聚糖是人参糖蛋白最佳的肠道吸收促进剂。
