In this study ,new germination stems of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.were used as explants to establish the rapid propagation system.The results showed that by axillary bud induction medium MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L to get buds ,the suitable growth medium was MS+6-BA 0.2mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L;The suitable rooting medium was 1/2MS+IBA 0.2mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L;The suitable hardening time was 7d;The transplanting medium was fine sand and humus(proportional 1:3).By using 0.2% KMnO4 solution to disinfect the transplantation matrix ,the survival rate could up to 80%.%试验以苏枸杞幼嫩茎段为外植体建立了快繁体系.结果表明 ,通过腋芽诱导培养基MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L得到丛生芽 ,其适宜增殖培养基为MS+6 -BA 0.2mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L;适宜生根培养基为1/2 MS+ IBA 0.2mg/L+ NAA 0.1mg/L;适宜的炼苗时间为7d;移栽基质为细河沙与腐殖土(比例1:3 ) ,0.2% 高锰酸钾溶液消毒 ,成活率可达80% 以上.
