This article elaborated the biological characteristics ,resistance ,cultivation ,molecular virology ,epidemiology ,detection method and control of Aleutian disease virus (ADV ) .It produces theoretical basis for the diagnosis and prevention and control of AD .%本文对阿留申病毒的生物学特征、抵抗力、培养、分子生物学、流行病学、检测方法及防制的研究作了比较系统地综述，为阿留申病的诊断及防控提供了一定的理论依据。
