Security risks caused by unqualified manhole covers and the problems of manhole covers industry inland is analyzed in this paper. The analysis mainly around manhole covers accident cases, domestic and foreign standards, domestic regulatory situation, etc. It is advised to revise national and industry standards further, step up efforts in supervising manhole covers and punish unqualified producers at the same time, to solve the existing quality and safety problems in manhole covers effectively.%本文从井盖多发事故案例、国内外标准、国内监管情况等方面，分析了井盖质量不合格带来的安全风险，以及国内井盖行业存在的问题。建议进一步修订相关国家和行业标准，同时加大对井盖的监管力度，以及对生产不合格产品企业的处罚力度，有效解决检查井盖长期存在的质量与安全问题。
