我国海洋能开发利用技术的快速发展对标准化工作提出了迫切的需求。本文通过分析国内外海洋能标准制修订现状，结合标准体系表编制原则和要求，构建我国海洋能开发利用标准体系框架，并指出今后一段时期内海洋能开发利用标准化的重点工作。%With the rapid development of the exploitation and utilization technology of marine energy in China, standardization work is in urgent needs. The paper analyzes the domestic and international status quo of marine energy standards, sets up the framework of Chinese marine energy exploitation and utilization standard system combined with development principles and requirements, and points out that the priorities of marine energy exploitation and utilization standardization.
