For now, the Standardization work of TCM is in active development. As the basic unit to benefit people and fully display TCM’s characteristics, TCM shop in community has been the focus of the society. For example, in Tianjin, the operation of TCM shops in communities reflects its own advantages and disadvantages in recent years. Therefore, it is an imminent issue to develop advantages and avoid disadvantages, and to standardize the operation of TCM shop.%目前中医药标准化工作正紧锣密鼓地进行中。社区国医堂作为便民利民并且全面展现中医药特色的基层单位，也成为了社会各界关注的焦点。以天津市为例，社区国医堂在近几年的发展中也体现出了自身的优势和不足。所以，如何“取长补短”，形成国医堂运行的“标准化”，则成为迫在眉睫的课题。
