To protect tourists' rights, improve service quality of travel agency and advance healthy sustainable and stable development of travel market, most of provinces in China have started rating classification work on travel agency recent years. Based on golden triangle of rating classification standard, this paper analyses the main problems of local rating classification standards, and puts forwads national standard which should be centered around service quality and concerned the activeness of middle and small travel agencies .%为保障游客权益,提升旅行社服务质量,促进旅游市场的健康、持续和稳定发展,近年来我国各省市纷纷开展旅行社等级评定工作.本文从等级评定标准的金三角模型出发,分析了我国地方旅行社等级评定标准中存在的问题,并在此基础上建议围绕服务质量,考虑中小旅行社的积极性等方面,积极制定和推广旅行社等级评定的国家标准.
