The significance of publishing a national uniform technical standard for electrostatic cooking fume control equipment is analyzed first, then concerning the Guangdong Provincial Local Standard DB44/T 873-2011, the setting of important performance indices for the standard including the fume removal efficiency, safety performance requirement, proper resistance and insulator requirement is discussed in this paper and then suggestions are put forward.%本文首先论述了出台全国统一的静电式餐饮油烟净化设备技术标准的意义,继而结合广东省地方标准DB44/T 873-2011,探讨了静电式餐饮油烟净化设备标准中净化性能、安全性能、本体阻力和绝缘子要求等核心指标的设置,并提出了具体建议.
