文章从我国食品企业实施食品安全管理体系标准GB/T 22000-2006的现状出发,分析了影响最终产品安全的薄弱环节所在,运用GB/T 22000标准的原理及工作中的经验,阐述了改进这些薄弱环节的对策措施.%Based on current situation of food enterprises implementing GB/T 22000 food safety management systems standards, this paper analyzes bottleneck problems influencing safety of end product.
