不同光固化模式对大体积充填树脂固化效率影响的研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of different light-curing modes on the polymerization efficiency of Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill and 3M Filtek Bulk Fill flowable.Methods 60 resin specimens were prepared,which were divided into four groups,named from A to D.Group A and B were filled with Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill,which were applied with standard mode and soft start mode,respectively.Group C and D were filled with 3M Filtek Bulk Fill flowable,which were applied with the modes mentioned above,respectively.After the procedure of lighting,the three methods were used(ISO4049,microhardness,degree of cross-linking) to detect the curing efficiency in accordance with their own measurements,and the results were analyzed with SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis.Results In the standard mode,the polymerization efficiency of the two kinds of bulk fill composites was higher than the soft start mode (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in microhardness no matter on the light curing modes or the two kinds of composites (P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the standard light curing mode,soft start light curing mode can reduce polymerization efficiency and light curing mode has no effect on the microhardness of bulk fill composite.%目的 比较不同光固化模式对Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill以及3M Filtek Bulk Fill flowable大体积充填树脂固化效率的影响.方法 制作树脂样本60个,分为A~D四组,A、B两组采用Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill树脂制作,分别使用标准模式与软启动模式进行固化,C、D两组采用3M FiltekBulk Fill flowable树脂制作,固化模式同上,固化结束后每组采用三种不同方法(ISO4049国际标准法、显微硬度法、交联程度法)检测大体积充填树脂的固化效率,结果采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析.结果 在标准光照模式下,大体积充填树脂的固化效率比软启动光照模式高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同的光照模式对树脂的显微硬度无显著影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 大体积充填树脂在标准模式的下固化效率高,光固化模式的改变对树脂的显微硬度无影响.
