Based on the melt electrospinning writing process, fiber scaffolds were prepared by using poly (ε-caprolactone) (PCL) with an average relative molecular mass of 80 000 as raw maretials and different process parameters (feed pressure, heating temperature and spinning voltage) under three kinds of fiber distances (1. 0、0. 5、0. 3 mm). The micromorphology of the fiber scaffolds was obvered by SEM, and the tensile properties of the fiber scaffolds were tested. The results showed that, under conditions of the fiber distances and other process paremeters fixed, when the feed pressure, heating temperature and spinning voltage were respectively increased, the elastic modulus of the fiber scaffolds accordingly first increased and then decreased, first rised and then tended to remain unchanged, and gradually increased.%基于熔体电纺直写工艺,以平均相对分子质量为80 000的聚己内酯(PCL)为原材料,在三种纤维间距(1.0、0.5、0.3 mm)下,采用不同工艺参数(进给气压、加热温度和纺丝电压)制备纤维支架.利用SEM观察纤维支架微观形貌,并对其拉伸性能进行测试.结果表明:在纤维间距和其他工艺参数保持不变的条件下,分别提高进给气压、加热温度、纺丝电压,纤维支架的弹性模量相应地呈现出先上升后下降、先增大后趋于不变、逐渐递增的趋势.
