在职消费的影响因素及其对企业经营绩效的影响——来自中国上市公司的经验证据

         

摘要

Using the data of China's listed companies during the period of 2007-2011,this paper empirically studies the determinants of executive perquisite consumption and its economic consequence on enterprise performance by using a econometric model. The results show as follows: the perquisite consumption in state-owned companies and private-owned companies are almost same s perquisite consumption has significant negative influences on private-owned companies' performance, while this influence is not significant in state-owned companies; the increasing of staff wage does not bring more perquisite consumption in state-owned companies but bring better performance; in private-owned companies, the increasing of staff wage has promoting effects on perquisite consumption as well as enterprise performance,and the positive effect on performance is larger than the negative effect of perquisite consumption.%以2007-2011年中国A股上市公司为研究样本,构建计量经济学模型,实证检验高管人员在职消费的影响因素及在职消费对企业经营绩效的影响.研究结果表明:国有企业和民营企业的在职消费水平相当;在职消费显著降低了民营企业的公司业绩,但这种影响在国有企业中并不显著;员工工资的提高并未带来国有企业在职消费水平的提升,却能使业绩得到提高;在民营企业中,员工工资的增加对在职消费和公司业绩均有促进作用,且对业绩的积极作用超过了由此带来的在职消费的负向作用.
