This paper introduces the bolt tightening technology in the assembly of urban rail vehicles,analyzes the fastening torque on-line test method,selects 10 kinds of high-risk bolts for torque testing,and obtains the production test data.The sta-tistical process control (SPC)method was used to analyze the test data,and the process capability improvement of each process was proposed,which provided data support for product quality control.%介绍城轨车辆装配中螺栓拧紧工艺，分析紧固扭矩在线测试方法，选取10种规格高风险等级的螺栓进行扭矩测试，得到生产现场测试数据。使用统计过程控制（SPC）方法对测试数据进行分析，提出各工序的过程能力提升建议，为后续产品质量控制提供数据支撑。
