现场无线温度记录设备设计

         

摘要

该无线现场温度记录设备采用ZigBee无线通信技术作为数据传输载体,采用Crotex-M3内核单片机作为系统主控芯片,使用集成的K型热电偶测温芯片和K型热电偶实现现场温度采集。实践表明该系统可靠性高,成本低、体积小、重量轻、耗电省。此外,该系统可以用于其它无线数据监测领域。%The wireless industrial field temperature recording equipment using ZigBee wireless communication technology as data transmission carrier, The system use the MCU that designed by Crotex-M0 kernel as the main controller. And, the system use the integrated temperature measurement chip which design for K type thermocouple to achieve temperature data. It is turned out that this system has many characteristics, such as higher reliability, lower cost, smaller volume, less weight, lower power con-sumption. In addition, this system can also be applied in other wireless date transiting fields.
