基于相似理论TBM滚刀磨损试验装置的研制

         

摘要

盘形滚刀是TBM(硬岩隧道掘进机)破岩的主要工具,工作环境恶劣,存在磨损严重和消耗量大等问题。为了建立合理的滚刀磨损规律理论和方法,有必要开展滚刀-岩石摩擦副系统的基础试验研究。在此过程中,不可能按照实际比例来设计试验装置,相似理论正是起到一种联系桥梁的作用。根据相似原理和模型试验方法,进行了相似模型试验方法的设计,即利用直径为108 mm模型滚刀模拟直径为432 mm的实际滚刀的磨损过程,记录下试验过程中滚刀与岩石的有关试验参数,并据此来探讨滚刀工作参数和岩石地层参数对滚刀磨损的影响规律。%The disc cutter is the main tool to break the rock in TBM tunneling, due to its related high costs of downtime as well as the costs of refurbishing or replacing cutters. In order to establish the reasonable theory and method to cutter wear system, it is necessary to take fundamental experiment research. In consideration of that it is impossible to do large quantities of field experi-ments, similar theory is a link bridge. According to similitude principle and model test method, the similitude rules of rock-cutter machine system is designed. As an example, a prototype disc cutter with diameter of 432 mm is simulated by a micro disc cutter with diameter of 108 mm;the record of the test parameters during the test and operating parameters accordingly to explore hob and rock formation parameters of influence of disc cutter wear.
