The self-made aromatic derivative environment friendly carrier was used in the high tempera-ture and high pressure dyeing of aramid 1414 fabric with cationic dyes. The dyeing process of the self-made carrier was optimized and the dyeing effect was evaluated. The results showed that the use of the environ-ment friendly carrier for dyeing could achieve a good dyeing effect. When the dye concentration was 6.5％(omf), the optimal dyeing process was: carrier 50 g/L, sodium chloride 40 g/L, sodium nitrate 20 g/L, dye bath pH=3～4, dyeing temperature 130 ℃, dyeing time 50 min. After dyeing, the K/S value of the fabric could reach 21, and the dyed fabric had good color fastness and strength.%将自制芳香族衍生物环保载体用于芳纶1414织物阳离子染料高温高压染色,对自制载体的染色工艺进行了优化,对染色效果进行了评价.结果表明,采用该环保载体进行染色,可以达到良好的染色效果.当染料用量为6.5％(omf)时,最优的染色工艺为:载体50 g/L,氯化钠40 g/L,硝酸钠20 g/L,染浴pH 3～4,温度130℃,时间50 min,染色织物的K/S值可达21,各项色牢度良好,强力稍有提高.
