一次性防护用品中荧光增白剂在模拟人体体液环境中可迁移性研究

         

摘要

开发了一种对分离性好、检测限低和检出时间短的荧光增白剂的液相色谱检测方法.在此基础上,模拟一次性卫生用品实际使用环境,研究了产品中荧光增白剂在人工体液中可迁移性的影响因素,优化了一次性卫生用品中荧光增白剂可迁移量的测试条件.试验结果表明,产品中荧光增白剂对尿液或血液具有可迁移性,迁移量随着人工体液量的增加而增加,随浸泡提取时间的延长而增加,到一定时间达到平衡.人工尿液pH对迁移量影响不大.所开发的一次性卫生用品在模拟人体实际使用情况下的荧光增白剂可迁移量的测试方法能够满足检测要求.%A method for the liquid chromatography determination of fluorescent whitening agent (FWAs) with good separation, low detection limit and short detection time was developed. On the basis of this, the ac?tual use environment of disposable sanitary products was simulated, the influencing factors of the migration ability of fluorescent whitening agents in artificial body fluids were studied, and the optimizing test conditions for the migration ability of fluorescent whitening agents in disposable sanitary products were studied. The re?sults showed that FWAs could migrate into artificial urine or artificial blood. Additionally, migration amount of FWAs were increased with the increasing of body fluid volume and extension of immersion time, and reached to equilibrium in a certain time. The pH of artificial urine had little influence on the migration amount of the FWAs. This simple and effectively method provided a new technical approach to evaluate the migration amount of FWAs in disposable sanitary products.
