The effect factors of the weft faux suede dyeing were analyzed. The feasible dyeing curve was designed after using HA alkli-stable disperse dye, refining agent with preferable oil removal effect and alkaline levelling agent with excellent migration property, which ensured the feasiblity of splitting/dyeing one bath process. The results showed that it can cut down the costs for the dyeing and finishing processing enterprises, improve efficiency, save energy and reduce emission.%对影响纬编麂皮绒染色的因素进行了分析，通过采用HA型耐碱分散染料，运用除油效果较好的精练剂和移染性较强的碱性匀染剂，设计合理的染色工艺曲线，保证了开纤/染色一浴法工艺的可行性。试验结果表明，运用该工艺可降低企业成本、提高效率，节能减排。
