Objective to improve the qualified rate of 24 hour urinary protein quantitative specimens,about 24 hour urinary protein quantitative sample collecting the causes of nonconformities,and formulate corresponding measures. Methods we set up quality control circle,selected"to improve the qualified rate of"24 hour urinary protein quantitative inspection department to collect theme,shown in 56 cases of 24 hour urinary protein quantitative sample collecting unqualified information,and classify the unqualified reason,then according to the classification of the reasons put forward rectification.56 cases of 24 hour urinary protein quantitative sample collecting unqualified causes are divided into 7 categories,the use of 8/2 principles to elect the chief reason to make corresponding countermeasures. Results 24 hour urine specimen cup,fill out the defects in total confusion,urine specimen quality defects are classified as the main factor, countermeasure made for effective countermeasures. Conclusion the application of quality control circle technique can effectively improve the qualified rate of 24 hour urinary protein quantitative.%目的：了解24 h尿蛋白定量标本留取不合格的原因，并制定相应措施。方法科室成立品管圈，选定“提高24 h尿蛋白定量的合格率”为主题，收集检验科回示的56例24 h尿蛋白定量标本留取不合格信息，24 h尿蛋白定量标本留取不合格原因分为7类，运用8/2原则选出主要原因实施整改措施。结果将24 h尿总量填写缺陷、标本杯混淆、尿标本质量缺陷归为主--因，所制定的对策为有效对策。结论运用品管圈的方法能有效提高24 h尿蛋白定量标本留取的合格率。
