本文对在叶片前后缘形状轮廓测量中，遇到的扭角过大出现测头余弦误差，产生的叶片边缘型线无法拟合检测难题，经过多次的测量比对数据分析，完善检测方案，从而解决了大扭角叶片进排气边缘曲线R的检测。%In this paper, the shape of the blade trailing edge contour measurement, encountered twist angle is too large probe cosine error occurs, the resulting type line can not fit the blade edge detection problem, after many of the measured ratio of the data analysis, sound detection scheme, thereby solving the big twist angle blade edge curve R intake and exhaust testing.
