磷酸酯抗燃油抗劣化措施与试验

         

摘要

以磷酸酯抗燃油为研究对象,对其采取不同措施处理后进行老化试验和水解安定性试验,研究其在老化试验过程中旋转氧弹值、酸值和油泥含量的变化趋势以及不同处理措施对油品水解安定性的影响.结果表明:同一老化时间,添加复合添加剂后油品的旋转氧弹值均优于未添加的油品;再生处理并添加复合添加剂后油品的酸值增加值最小;在老化前期,油品的油泥含量比较接近;而在老化后期,添加复合添加剂油品的油泥含量明显低于未添加的油品;再生处理并添加复合添加剂后油品的水解安定性最好.采取再生处理并添加复合添加剂措施后,可减缓油品上述指标的劣化速率,并提高其氧化安定性和水解安定性.%Taking the phosphoricester fire-resistant oil treated with different measures as the research object, the aging tests were carried out to study the influence of treatment measures on hydrolytic stability of the oil. Each sample was open-cup aging tested and detected in the aging process and the changes of rotary oxygen bomb value, sludge content and pH value were analyzed. The results show that, at the same aging time, the rotary oxygen bomb value of the oil with composite additives was better than that without additives. The acid value increase of the oil after regeneration treatment and adding composite additives was the minimum. During the prophase of aging period, the detection results of sludge content were similar, but the detection result of sludge content of the oil with composite additives was significantly lower than that without additives in the late stage. After treatment and adding compound additives, the hydrolytic stability of the oil was the best. These results proved that the deterioration trend of index could be decelerated, and the stability of the treated fire-resistant oil could be enhanced by regenerating the fire-resistant oil and adding antioxidants in the aging process.
