电力新常态下火电调频优化方法综述

         

摘要

本文归纳了电力新常态背景下电力供给、传输及消纳的特点,以及这些特点对火电调频产生的不利影响.结合实验数据分析了凝结水节流、高压加热器旁路、补汽调节阀、冷却工质和供热抽汽参与调频等灵活运行方式对调频的贡献效果.总结了现有火电调频策略中各关键环节的原理、优缺点以及电力新常态下存在的问题,并对改进方法进行了讨论,其中包括调频参数的设置、调节阀流量特性的修正、非额定参数下的调频补偿、反调问题的解决和调频能力的估算.最后提出主辅配合方式的多层次调频策略,旨在通过不同方法的搭配使用,使机组调频能力得到最大限度的提高.%New features of electricity supplement, transmission and consumption under the new normal circumstance, as well as their effects on frequency modulation (FM) were concluded. The contribution of flexible operation on frequency modulation was analyzed based on the experimental data, including condensed water throttling method, high pressure heater bypass method, additional steam valve method, cooling working medium method and cogeneration steam extraction method. The theory, advantages and disadvantages of the key factors of frequency modulation were discussed, including how to set the primary frequency modulation parameters, how to optimize the valve flow characteristics, how to solve the problems of frequency modulation compensation, frequency modulation antiregulation and estimation of frequency modulation ability. At last, a kind of multilevel frequency modulation strategy for thermal power plants was proposed to satisfy the need of flexible operation.
