协调余热与回热系统的热能梯级利用技术

         

摘要

针对目前常用余热利用技术的不足,开发了协调余热与回热系统的新型热能梯级利用系统.该系统将锅炉和汽轮机的余热利用与回热循环有机结合起来,可智能分配热流向,具有更好的参数调控性能和工况适应性,不仅动态优化了热能的梯级利用,也改善了空气预热器的性能.以某660 MW空冷机组为例,设置传统低温省煤器回收烟气余热可使供电标准煤耗率在额定功率工况和热耗率验收工况分别降低 1.70、1.08 g/(kW·h),采用协调余热与回热系统改造后分别降低3.19、3.74 g/(kW·h),平均多节能约150%,热经济性显著提高.%In view of the deficiencies of currently used waste heat utilization technologies,a new thermal energy cascade utilization system for coordinated waste heat and regenerative systems is developed.The system organically combines the regenerative cycle and the waste heat utilization from the boiler and turbine,which has intelligent allocation ability of heat flux direction,better parameter regulation performance and working condition adaptability.This system can optimize dynamically the thermal energy cascade utilization and improve the air preheater performance.Taking an air-cooled 660 MW unit as an example,adopting the traditional low-temperature economizer to recover the waste heat from flue gas can reduce the standard coal consumption rate of the power supply by 1.70 g/(kW·h)at the rated power condition and heat consumption rate by 1.08 g/(kW·h)at the acceptance conditions.After reconstruction of the coordinated waste heat and regenerative systems,the standard coal consumption reductions and heat consumption rate reduced by 3.19 g/(kW·h)and 3.74 g/(kW·h),respectively.It save 150%energy more than that by the traditional scheme.The thermal economy can be greatly improved.
