CFB锅炉床温Laguerre函数模型分数阶PID预测控制

         

摘要

针对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉床温的特点,结合Laguerre函数模型的预测控制和分数阶PID控制的优点,提出一种基于Laguerre函数模型的分数阶PID预测控制算法.该算法采用对时延和结构变化不敏感的Laguerre函数模型作为预测模型,滚动优化指标改为分数阶PID型结构,相较于整数阶PID型增加了积分阶数和微分阶数2个可调参数,使得控制系统的性能有较大的提高.通过对被控对象CFB锅炉床温进行仿真研究,发现该算法可使控制系统具有无超调、调节时间短和适应性强的特点,具有良好的控制品质.%Aimed at the features of bed temperature of circulating fluidized bed boilers,a fraction-order PID predictive control based on the Laguerre function was proposed in combination with the advantages of fraction-order PID control and predictive control.The algorithm uses Laguerre function model that is insensitive to delay and structural changes as a prediction model,and transforms the receding optimization index into the PID-type structure.It has two adjustable parameters,the integral step number and the differential step number,compared with the integer-order PID,which improves the performance of the control system.The algorithm was applied to bed temperature control for circulating fluidized bed boilers,and the simulation results show that this control system has advantages of no overshoot,short adjustment time and strong adaptability,the control system has good control quality.
