超临界660MW机组协调控制系统优化及定值扰动试验分析

         

摘要

After A-class maintenance,physical properties of a supercritieal 660 MW unit changed,so parameters of the coordination control system (CCS) need to be set and optimized.Several optimization methods were introduced in this paper,such as setting the coal quantity reduce loop under high load condition,revising the feedforward curve of the boiler,regulating the main steam pressure and its sliding rate,releasing more heat by setting the main steam pressure.Moreover,disturbance tests on setting value of unit load,furnace pressure and main steam temperature were carried out to analyze the control quality and load response rate of the unit after the optimization.The results show that,the unit control system has stable parameters and good dynamic control quality,which can meet the requirements of safe and stable operation of the unit.%某超临界660 MW机组经过A级检修后,机组物理特性发生改变,需要对协调控制系统进行参数整定优化.本文采用高负荷工况下设置煤量减缓回路、锅炉前馈曲线修正、主蒸汽压力的控制与滑压速率的调整以及通过主蒸汽压力设定值释放更多蓄热等手段对该机组协调控制系统进行优化,并通过负荷、炉膛压力和主蒸汽温度定值扰动试验对优化后机组的调节品质、负荷响应速率进行分析.结果表明,该机组控制系统优化后参数稳定,具有较好的动态控制品质,能够满足机组安全稳定运行的要求.
