国内首批超超临界二次再热机组投运前,缺乏相应的运行技术人员和实际运行经验.对此,本文以超超临界二次再热机组为研究对象,开发了超超临界二次再热机组高精度多功能仿真系统,并在该仿真系统上进行再循环烟气量、燃烧器摆角、烟气挡板开度等动态特性试验,制定了实际机组二次再热汽温等控制策略.在实际机组投运前实现超超临界二次再热机组控制策略验证和运行技术验证,并且进行运行人员操作培训和事故演练,解决超超临界二次再热机组运行技术人员和实际运行经验缺乏的问题,为超超临界二次再热机组顺利建设和安全稳定运行提供了保障.%The first ultra supercritical double-reheat units built in China are lack of practical running experience. To solve this problem, a high-precision multi-function simulation system for the ultra supercritical double-reheat units was developed. Moreover, in the simulation system, the dynamic characteristics tests for recycling flue gas, burner swing angle and flue gas baffle opening were carried out, and the control strategy for the second reheating steam temperature of the actual unit was developed. The ultra supercritical double-reheat units' control strategy and the operation technology were verified before the actual unit was put into operation. The operation personnel's training and accident training were also carried out, to solve the problem of the lack of practical running experience and the shortage of professional running technicians. It provides guarantee for the smooth construction and safe and stable operation of the double reheat units.
