凝结水节流对机组负荷影响的仿真研究

         

摘要

To fully understand the potential of condensate throttling in load regulation,simulation tests were carried out on a supercritical 600 MW unit.The effects of condensate flow on unit load,deaerator water level and other pa-rameters were investigated.The simulation results show that the condensate throttling can effectively increase the u-nit load response speed.However,it will lead to large fluctuation of the deaerator level,which has hidden danger to the unit's safe operation.On this basis,carrying out technical transformation about condensate throttling participating the coordination control can effectively improve the unit's automatic generation control (AGC)load response rate.%为了深入了解凝结水节流技术参与机组负荷调节的潜力,以某超临界600 MW 机组为研究对象,分析在不同工况下凝结水流量变化对机组负荷、除氧器水位等参数的影响。仿真结果表明,采用凝结水节流技术可有效提高机组的负荷响应速度,但会导致除氧器水位出现较大波动,对机组安全运行具有一定的影响。基于仿真结果,进行凝结水节流参与协调控制的技术改造,可有效提高机组对自动发电控制(AGC)的负荷响应速率。
