多因素影响下平板气膜冷却效果的数值模拟

         

摘要

利用 Fluent 软件对 N-S 方程进行求解,采用 Realizable k-ε模型,通过正交方法模拟孔型(选取姊妹孔、开槽圆柱孔、开槽姊妹孔)、吹风比和湍流度3个因素对平板气膜冷却效果的影响,选择最优冷却方案.结果表明:孔型对平板冷却效率的影响最大;采用开槽圆柱孔、吹风比为2.0、湍流度为15%时,平板表面气膜冷却效率最佳,比最低方案的冷却效率高167%,为3因素影响下的最优方案;采用姊妹孔冷却平板,气膜覆盖范围较小,平均冷却效率随吹风比的增大而降低;横槽与离散孔的有效结合能够抑制反向对涡旋的形成,从而提高冷却效率.%The N-S equation was solved by the Fluent software.On the basis of Realizable turbulence model and orthogonal method,the cooling effectiveness of film with different hole patterns,blowing ratios and turbulence intensities was analyzed with CFD techniques to select the optimal cooling scheme.The results show that,hole pattern had the most dramatic influence on cooling efficiency,and then the turbulence in-tensity,blowing ratio has the weakest effect.When slotted cylindrical hole was applied with blowing ratio of 2.0 and turbulence intensity of 15%,the film cooling efficiency reached the highest,which is 1 67% high-er than the lowest value.For the plate using sister-hole cooling,the coverage area was small and the ave-nage cooling efficiency decreased with the increasing blowing ratio.The effective combination of hole and slot can inhibit the formation of vortex pair,thus to enhance the cooling efficiency.
