热泵-循环水余热利用的火用效率分析

         

摘要

采用火用效率,对某亚临界330 MW 间接空冷抽汽供热机组热泵回收循环水余热的节能效果进行了试验及分析.结果表明:热泵供热方式性能主要受热泵热网进水温度及余热出水温度影响;在主蒸汽流量与供热负荷基本一致的情况下,热泵供热方式下的总抽汽流量明显小于单热网供热方式;该机组热泵制热系数为1.631,热泵供热方式比单热网供热方式火用效率增加8%;发电机功率增加10.729 MW,按机组年平均发电标煤耗量330 g/(kW•h)、年供热时间3816 h 计算,该机组节标煤量为13512 t/a.%Considering the exergy efficiency,this paper experimentally analyzed the energy saving effect of heat pump heating system recycling waste heat from circulating water in a subcritical 330MW indirect air cooling unit with extraction heating.The results show that,with a relatively constant main steam flow rate and heat load,the total steam extraction rate under heat pump heating condition was dramatically lower than that under single heat net heating condition.The coefficient of performance (COP)of the heat pump in this unit is 1.631,and the exergy efficiency and generator power of the heating system increased by 8%and 10.729 MW respectively after the heat pump was applied.Assuming the annual average standard coal consumption of the unit for power generation is 330 g/(kW • h)and the annual heat supply time is 3 81 6 h,the unit can save standard coal by 13 5 12 t every year.
